The Great Bear Rainforest, on the Central Coast of British Columbia, is a place of tremendous biodiversity and cultural richness. It is home to grizzly bears, black bears, white Kermode bears (spirit bears), wolves, migratory birds and wild salmon, as well as one quarter of the world's remaining coastal temperate rainforests and more than two dozen coastal First Nations.
Join us for discussion, debate and dessert with researchers and conservationists, as we explore the future of British Columbia's ancient coastal forests.
